Carolyn "Cookie" Regina Cooke, 72, of Minerva, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Carolyn was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, on Jan. 2, 1945, a daughter of the late Glenn C and Eloise (Green) Hull.
She was a member of Bethel Chapel in Minerva.
She worked as a finisher at PCC in Minerva and was a member of Alcholics Anonymous.
Carolyn is survived by a son, Richard Cooke of Fort Worth, Texas; three daughters, Joyce Cooke of Minerva, Christina Cooke of Minerva and Sheri Henry of Moundsville, West Virginia; 17 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers, David Anderson, Lewis Anderson and Roger Anderson, all of West Virginia; and two sisters, Cathryn Tenny of West Virginia and Joyce Wagner of New Mexico.
In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her step-father, Allen Everett Anderson; a brother, Roy Daniel Anderson; and two grandsons, Kevin Lee Green and Lee Eric Graber.
Her wishes were to be cremated. There are no services.
